Florian Schaetz is working at the moment on a new series of homeland impressions: Rottaler landscape and farms

Theme: homeland - 2005
Concept: The paintings of the bavarian painter Josef Karl NERUD (1900 - 1982) are icons of the lower bavarian landscape. He pictured the Rottaler farmland in graphical reduced style of order. This order becomes the beauty. Schaetz brings this idea to photography. He shows the nature of beautiful, old and traditional Rottaler architecture in a graphical reduction. Almost dissolved the question of homeland rises.
